Oxnard Educators Association (OEA):
This collective bargaining unit agreement is currently in effect for non-management and non-confidential certificated employees of the District which includes classroom teachers and special education.

Oxnard Supportive Services Association (OSSA):
This collective bargaining agreement is currently in effect for certificated non-teaching, non-management, and non-confidential employees of the District which includes school counselors, speech and language specialists, school psychologists, school nurses, program specialists, and program coordinators.
