unplanned teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS.
Part of this effort and the pursuit of a healthy life free of negative addictions
is our striving to understand the Science behind chemical addiction.
We read & write our homework 30 minutes every week-night
to prepare for High School, College, Careers, and Life.
Current extra credit opportunities include:
1)participation in eScrip
2)volunteering before or after school for lab experiment preparations, including the garden,

Here are some questions to ponder, related to our current unit:
How are pollutants in watershed runoff similar to alcohol & other drugs in your body?
What are some toxic substances to which our society is addicted? How can they affect you?
What people and wildlife species do you think are most affected by pollution in our watershed?
What organs in your body do you think are most affected by toxic addictive substances like alcohol?
