    Everyone Can Create: Using Technology to Develop Oracy

    To succeed in today’s world and to shape tomorrow’s, students need to tap into their creative potential and learn to express themselves in new and innovative ways. In this hands on session we will explore the built in features on iPad and a variety of education apps that can build on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills that helps students increase fluency and demonstrate their knowledge in creative and personal ways. We’ll look specifically at writing, video and podcasting. We’ll explore how apps can be used to complement the creativity tools on iPad with the projects in the Everyone Can Create curriculum.

    Developing Growth Mindset and 21 Century Skills in your Classroom

    Are you working towards a growth mindset with your class? Understand and promote Growth Mindset by challenging your classes to take risks and work around setbacks collaboratively with tools that teach 21st century skill sets including: coding, gameplay, and creative collaboration using tools such as Apple's Swift Playground and Minecraft Edu.
