  • On-line Board Meeting Participation Instruction

    Oxnard School District is committed to public input and participation in school district governance in a manner that is consistent with guidance provided by our county public health official. Given the current shelter in place order in Ventura County, we are requiring remote, online participation in order to promote the safety and health of our community.

    We will not have in-person public participation during this period due to the health and safety risks it poses. You can call into the meeting to provide public comment via Zoom. You can join the Zoom Meeting from a computer, mobile device, or tablet. The Zoom meeting information will be provided on the district’s website for every board meeting agenda, as long as needed during the  COVID-19 pandemic.     Public comment can also be provided in advance. We encourage members of the public to submit public comment in advance of the meeting. Public comment may be emailed to OSD_BoardMeeting@oxnardsd.org.  Please identify if the public comment is for a non-agenda or agendized item. If your public comment is for an agendized item, please identify clearly the agenda item number and title in your email. Any written testimony for public comment submitted via email before 11:00 am the day of the meeting will be provided to the Board members electronically or in written

    All public comments receive before the start of the meeting will become part of the meeting archive.
