Certificated Substitute Incentive Plan
2022-2023Certificated Substitute Incentive Plan will apply to day-to-day and Roving (floater) substitutes that work a full day during student instructional days only. Days not worked (sick, quarantine, WC) will not be counted toward the total days worked. In the event of school closure for any reason, the District will assess and decide at the time, the incentive payout. During these incentive windows, all other incentive plans will be suspended, except for TSPL Substitutes who do not qualify for this incentive plan.
