  • The Oxnard School District is committed to promoting a strong compliance culture that encourages all employees to conduct themselves with the highest level and ethical standards.

    Access information on Mandated Trainings (annual) and stay updated on Mandated Notices & Trainings. The Human Resources Department is obligated to provide employees with essential information on an annual basis. Non-compliance with these policies and regulations may impact the terms and conditions of employment. Employees are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with board policies, regulations, District procedures, collective bargaining unit agreements, and Merit Rules & Regulations.

    All employees of the Oxnard School District (OSD) must review, understand, and adhere to these terms and conditions. To certify your agreement, submit the required documentation to the Human Resources Department no later than September 30th.

    As such, annual mandatory training will be provided for every employee as a requirement under the Education Code.
