The ITS department is available to assist staff end-users with technology needs via telephone and email support request.
Create a New Ticket
To create a support request send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive a notification email with a ticket number. This number will help you to inquire the status of your support request.
Update Ticket Status
When the technician updates the support ticket, you will receive a notification email. You can reply to the email with any comments or questions. This will automatically update the ticket and notify the technician.
Site Technology Support
Each school at the Oxnard School District has a technology support technician who provides first-line help to classroom teachers and office staff. These site technology technicians meet monthly with ITS to share concerns, learn new information, and coordinate repair services.
