Support is available for Teachers and Staff for any technology needs via telephone and email support requests.
Create a New Ticket
To create a support request send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive a notification email with a ticket number. This number will help you to inquire the status of your support request.
Update Ticket Status
When the technician updates the support ticket, you will receive a notification email. You can reply to the email with any comments or questions. This will automatically update the ticket and notify the technician.
