Facilities Improvements in the Oxnard School District are guided by the Facilities Implementation Program (2013) and Master Construct Program (2016).  The District’s Facilities Program Manager, Caldwell, Flores, Winters, Inc. prepares a semi-annual report on what is currently known as the Master Construct and Implementation Program, which summarizes current progress on Measure “R” and Measure “D” projects, as well as provides semi-annual budget and schedule updates to projects in both programs.
