Our programs extend learning beyond the school day through academic support, enrichment, sports, STEM, arts, leadership, and safe spaces for students.

Daily Attendance Comparison

Oxnard School District's Expanded Learning programs include the Daily After School Program, enrichment Burst courses, spring camp, summer camp, and community partner opportunities that support students beyond the regular school day.

Daily After School Program

The Daily After School Program provides a safe and supervised environment where students can stay connected, participate in enrichment activities, receive support, and build positive relationships after the regular school day.

Spring Camp

Spring Camp gives students a full-day enrichment experience during spring intersession. The current theme, Around the World, invites students to explore cultures, activities, and learning opportunities in a fun and structured setting.

Summer Camp

Summer Camp offers 19–20 days of programming each summer with a focus on STEM and writing. This year's theme, Water World, gives students a fun and engaging opportunity to learn, create, and explore.

Burst Enrichment Courses

Burst courses are short-term enrichment opportunities that introduce students to new skills and interests, including STEM, arts, fitness, leadership, and creative learning experiences.
