Oxnard School District will begin accepting applications for facility usage on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Reservations are available from Tuesday, August 19, 2025, through Thursday, June 18, 2026.

PRIOR YEARS’ BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOU MAY REQUEST RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2025–2026 SCHOOL YEAR.

Facility Civic Permits

Since 2019, the Oxnard School District has partnered with Facilitron to manage the Civic Permit application process. Reservation requests can be submitted online and reviewed by the district. Renters may view facility photos and descriptions, see a calendar of available dates, receive estimated quotes, and submit payment online.

Important Update – Fremont School Fields

Due to major facility improvements and construction, Fremont School fields will have significant limitations:

  • Current Season (through Spring 2026): Only a reduced field layout is available. Existing reservations with Oxnard Youth Baseball, Ventura Soccer League, Oxnard Soccer League, and Oxnard County Soccer League can still be accommodated.
  • Starting Summer 2026: Fremont fields will be unavailable in any capacity until construction is complete.
