School Climate - Knowledge and Fairness of Rules and Norms

Oxnard School District has established practices and procedures to ensure that students consistently know and understand expectations at school. The District uses an approach where each school site has developed its own Guidelines for Success. These guidelines serve to inform students of the school's expectations and values. School staff consistently teach and reinforce these guidelines to students, and when making a correction to misbehavior, these guidelines are used as a reference for the expected standard.
