Oxnard School District's counseling program supports students in academics, behavior and social / emotional learning. School Counselors are an integral part of student support services. If you have a concern about your child's education, you are encouraged to communicate the concern to your child's teacher. School Counselors may be contacted directly via the staff directory below:

The California Department of Social Services is supporting Parents Anonymous in the launch of the new California Parent and Youth Helpline, which provides support and resource referrals to parent and youth during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Mental Health Services
Mental Health Services: In accordance with AB 2022 and CA Education Code 49428, the Oxnard School District wants to ensure that parents, guardians and students are informed about resources available for anyone who believes they are in a mental health crisis. We encourage parents/guardians and students to talk with any adult in the school district if they are concerned about another student and possible mental health needs.
