1. To access our new ticketing system, visit support.oxnardsd.org. You will use your regular district credentials to sign in.
2. You can create a support ticket using the web interface under the Request Tab. Select Rose Request as your Request Type and Rose Elementary as your Location.
3. Under the History tab you will see all the tickets you have created.
4. Once you open an existing ticket you will have the ability to add additional notes and attachments to your request, see technician updates or cancel the ticket.
In addition to creating tickets via the web interface, you have the ability to submit requests by sending an email to SupportRose@oxnardsd.org
