Hi Challengers! I know this can be a scary time right now. We may have feelings of worry, frustration, and even anger. Remember to look for your signals and use the calm down tools I showed you from our toolbox. I'll be posting some videos soon of me and my counselor friends to help you remember. I'm also setting up a way for us to chat and check-in with one another. Hopefully, we'll even get a chance to do a group chat. It would almost be like when you come in with your friends to hang out in my class at lunch.
