Important information from your child's school is available in the Oxnard School District mobile app — download it from Google Play or the Apple Store. Flyers are also posted on each school's website and can be opened using the Peachjar button on your school's homepage.

Receive Flyers by Email

To have flyers delivered directly to your email:

1. Visit www.peachjar.com
2. Click My Account in the top right corner
3. Click Register Now
4. Select the account type Parent/Family
5. Enter the requested information and choose the school and/or district you wish to follow

Not Receiving Flyers?

If you aren't receiving Peachjar emails, there are two common reasons:

1. Your email address is incorrect or not on file with your school. Please notify your school office.
2. The emails are going to your spam folder, or images aren't displaying. Add oxnardschooldistrict@peachjar.com to your email contacts, and when you receive your first flyer, choose "always display images."

Peachjar is used only to distribute school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

If you are a parent group (PTA, booster club, etc.) at an OSD school, these instructions do not apply to you.

The District partners with approved community organizations by posting flyers online and distributing them electronically through Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be environmentally friendly, embrace technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic delivery. Paper flyers from outside organizations are no longer distributed.

How to Submit a Flyer

1. Visit www.peachjar.com
2. Register as a Community Organization
3. Upload your flyer for approval

Uploading your flyer automatically submits it to the District Office for review. Peachjar may charge some organizations a fee, which is typically much less than the cost of copying and delivering paper flyers to each school.

Flyer Approval Guidelines

The District receives many requests and strives to ensure they relate to direct programs, activities, or services for children. The Superintendent's Office or designee may also consider:

• the educational value of the materials or advertisements;
• the age or maturity of students in the intended audience;
• whether the materials support the basic educational mission of the district, directly benefit students, or are of intrinsic value to students or their parents/guardians.

Flyers displaying alcohol- or tobacco-related images or verbiage will not be approved. Commercial offerings and fundraising events (including non-profits) must be directly related to programs, activities, and services for children.

All flyers must be submitted in English and Spanish. For any event held at an OSD facility, prior Facility Use Approval is required before submitting the flyer through Peachjar.
