    Distribution Schedule

    Thursday, August 13th
    8:00 - 11:00am  Kindergarten & 1st Grades
    12:00 - 3:00pm  2nd - 3rd Grades

    Friday, August 14th
    8:00 - 11:00am  4th - 5th Grades
    12:00 - 3:00pm  Kindergarten & 1st Grades

    Monday, August 17th
    8:00 - 11:00am  6th - 8th Grades
    12:00 - 3:00pm  6th - 8th Grades

    Tuesday, August 18th
    12:00 - 3:00pm  Make up Day

    *There will be no Distribution between 11:00am - 12:00pm in order to provide staff a lunch time.

    Distribution will include:
    1. Beginning of Year Packet (Student Placement Info/Schedule, Emergency Card, Income Verification Form, Student/Parent Compact, School Calendar, etc.)

    2. Instructional Supplies (pencils, crayons/colored pencils, composition books, etc. - supplies vary by grade level)

    3. Student Textbooks/Consumables

    4. Instructional Packets (depending on teacher)

    5. iPads - need to be picked up by a Parent/Guardian who is listed in our database.  Parent/Guardian will need to bring ID for verification.  2nd - 8th grade students who are new to the District will receive their iPads during their designated distribution day/time.

    As you can see, there will be quite a lot of materials that you will be needing to pick up, especially if you have more than 1 child, so please come prepared.


    Distribution Procedures: We will be operating a Drive-Thru style distribution.  Parents will be asked to not get out of their vehicles to ensure social distancing.  Drive-Thru entrance will be via Dunkirk, with exit onto 5th.  See below for directions.

  • Wi-Fi Hotspot Application 2020-21: Deadline August 14, 2020.  The Oxnard School District's 1 to 1 device program has a limited inventory of Wi-Fi hot spots available to check out to students for academic use.

  • Distance Learning Schedules

    Please note: K - 5 Students in our 80/20 DLI Program will have slightly different schedules depending on their grade level.  DLI Teachers will be providing parents more information once the school year gets underway.

  • To prepare students for Distance Learning for the 2020-21 school year, students will be receiving the following:

    1. iPads (for Kindergarten, 1st grade, and new students to the district)
    2. Instructional supplies based on each student's grade level (e.g., pencils, erasers, crayons/colored pencils, etc.)
    3. Curriculum consumables/workbooks (mainly for grades K-5.  Mostly all student textbooks are available online via students' iPads)

    Once we receive iPads and instructional supplies, we will be creating a schedule to distribute these materials to students.  Parents will need to come during their assigned day and time to pick up materials from the school.

    During materials distribution, we will also provide for each student the following documents that will need to be read, completed and/or returned:

    1. Emergency Card
    2. Income Verification Form
    3. School Compact / Distance Learning Expectations for Students and Family 
    4. District School Year Calendar (also available through the Calendar link at the top of this website)

    Finally, Distance Learning schedules for all grades will be posted on our school website.  These schedules have been approved by the school district and will be implemented across all schools.
