Food distribution Oxnard School District continues to be committed to feeding children during the school closures. Child Nutrition Services is conducting meal distribution of prepared meals, FREE of charge for community children. Distribution will begin at Frank School on Wednesday January 13, 2021 and continue each Wednesday until further notice. Distribution will take place from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm in front of the Frank School gym.
2021 USDA regulations will now require Child Nutrition Services to record meal participation per child. Parents will be asked to indicate the child’s name and birthday upon receipt of each pantry kit. The District will verify that only one pantry kit is given per child. We are encouraging families to pre-register for their pick up site. Place orders by 12noon Tuesday for Wednesday pick up.
